15-Day Return & Refund Policy — Arcafiena Life Sciences LLP

We stand behind every Arcafiena formula. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Unopened products within 15 days of delivery
- Opened products if genuinely unsatisfied
- Products received damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered or missing items

NOT ELIGIBLE:
- Returns requested after 15 days of delivery
- Products not purchased on arcafienalifesciences.com
- Free samples or gift items
- Products tampered with, misused, or not in original condition
- Sale items or gift cards

DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:
1. Email info@arcafiena.com or call +91 98862 66888 with your order ID and reason for return
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address within 1–2 business days
3. Pack the product securely and ship to the address provided (return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the product is defective or incorrect)
4. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

REFUND TIMELINES:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card & UPI: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Paytm / Wallets: 3–5 business days
- COD Orders: Bank transfer within 7–10 business days (bank details required)

EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please initiate a return after delivery.

PROMO CODE PURCHASES:
Products purchased using a promo code or voucher are subject to standard return and refund policies.

GOVERNING LAW:
These policies are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Jurisdiction: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. No claims may be brought more than 15 days after the delivery date.
