We ship all orders from Bangalore, Karnataka across India via trusted logistics partners.

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMELINES:
- Metro Cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote & Northeast India: 6–9 business days — ₹80 flat shipping fee

FREE SHIPPING:
Free shipping on all orders above ₹499 (except remote areas).

TRACKING:
A tracking link is sent via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):
Available on orders up to ₹5,000. COD orders may take 1 additional business day for verification. COD cannot be cancelled once shipped.

FAILED DELIVERY:
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient:
- Prepaid orders: refunded minus ₹100 return shipping charge
- COD orders: not eligible for re-dispatch without fresh payment

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
